Constant headache

salam Dr.

i am having constant headache with loss of concentration and unability to think or take descision and on some times  i feel strained on my left eye.please what is the cause of this unbearable condition and kindly advice.

 In your case and after excluding other organic (physical causes) for your constant headache such as chronic sinusitis and brain pathology (such as a tumor) by X-rays and CT or MRI examinations.

 Most likely you problem is TENSION HEADACHE due to a psychological state (such as Depression and/or Anxiety) due to stress.

 I advice you to see a doctor advice to exclude organic causes and proper treatment.
